Payment/Orders
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) through the use of a 3rd party service (Stripe). SUPEREGO does not collect and will not share any customer information with anyone. Pinky promise.
We reserve the right to require additional identification for or cancel suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud. Any cancelled orders will result in a full refund of the original amount paid.
Return/Exchange
While all items are carefully inspected before shipment, if you believe you have received a defective item please contact us within a week to receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used within a week of processing the return.
Shipping
Please allow 3-6 days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic (USA) delivery.
International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. We try to offer the best international shipping prices possible, but if you think the pricing is too high for your country please contact us. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for international orders to be delivered, depending on location.
